Bell-type annealing furnace

The equipment adopts strict sealing between heat-resisting stainless steel bell cover and Turnace, which makes work piece materials isolate from outside air. In the course of heating, heat preservation, and cooling, work pieces are always in the protection of high purity nitrogen and hydrogen, so that annealed materials will keep bright surface and nonoxidation. In addition, as strong air quantity fans are installed in furnace, each point temperature difference inside furnace can be controlled within 23 °C, so as to make annealed materials gain uniform physical and mechanical properties. It applies to carbon steel and alloy steel wire rod, plate, tape annealing or nodulizing.
